Using this website

By using the Fish Food Golf website you accept these terms. The information here is general guidance about what we sell and how we grade it. We keep it up to date as best we can, and we ask you to check the Square shop for anything that changes with stock.

Products, prices and stock

Product prices, pack quantities, live stock and individual product descriptions are held in our Square shop. Your purchase is a contract with Fish Food Golf made through Square, and it is subject to the terms shown at checkout. If a price or a description on this website differs from the Square shop, the Square shop is correct.

Grades and second-life balls

• Our grades describe cosmetic condition. They are not a guarantee of distance, spin, feel or scoring performance.
• Second-life lake balls have been played before and we do not represent them as new.
• Each ball fits its stated grade, and markings, shade and signs of previous use differ from ball to ball.
• Unless a specific model year or generation is stated, golf balls may include a mix of different model years or generations. All balls are graded by condition and sold according to the product description shown.

Community features and rewards

The Fish Food Family features, including Treasure Hunt and the Around the World reward of 18% off one future order for one qualifying submission per person, run through our official Facebook page. The eligibility, closing dates, verification method and promotional terms for each competition or reward are published on that page, and those terms apply to entries.

When you send us a photograph, a course recommendation or a story, you confirm that it is yours to share and you give Fish Food Golf permission to publish it on our website and Facebook page. Tell us if you want it taken down and we will remove it.

Our content and brand

The text, photographs, design, the Fish Food Golf name, the logo and the mascot on this website belong to Fish Food Golf. You may read, print and share pages for your own use. Please ask us first if you want to reuse anything for another purpose.

Links to other websites

This website links to the Square shop, our Facebook page and other websites that Fish Food Golf does not run. We are not responsible for their content or their terms, and a link is not an endorsement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business grows or the shop changes. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date below tells you when we last changed it.
